    A sack of rice sounds a bit OTT unless you're on a ridiculously tight budget and are happy to eat it all the time.

    I plan on just getting cheap, big bags of it.

    OP, I tend to get big bags of basmati (not the huge ones, coz I can't carry them!) from Asian food shops so that I always have plenty in stock :yep:
    I never knew rice cookers existed.
    I searched on google and voila:

    Some of the marketing is very wierd for it. When I searched google, I found this guy (on the first page) advertising a rice cooker by putting a brain in it. Very strange!
