How wide grip for the pull up/chin ups? Shoulder width or further?

Shoulder width is fine, wider is acceptable if you wanna go wider but you will probs end up doing less reps.

Get rid of incline and put flat bench at like 80% BW or something.

so, did 24 reps on the incline with 50kg today

it seems 25 is my limit for muscular contraction, i just cant do more reps even with say 40kg

Is it still classed as a competition if no-one else bothers with it?

Haha, my incline is so much fail compared to normal bench.

I may resort to challenging for the barbell curls.

    Although mine will be 47.5kg.

I'm festively plump what can I say.

    my sexy 24 reps.

rest paused, but that is allowed, muscles don't like lactic acid =[

what was odd was locking out [I never do it on lighter sets, even heavy ones I usually end up just short]

    15kg Bar, 15kg and 2.5kg either side

    Because you now say so?

Mate, you put the entire bar down, that can't count surely. Rest is one thing, putting down is another. And am I the only one that doesn't count their first rep either (i.e. getting the bar up)?
