    I wanted to know if it would be possible to exhange pounds and get like saudi arabian riyal or bangladeshi takka from a bank in UK. These currencies are less popular than the euro or dollar, thats why I am asking.

    Travel agents too but may charge higher comission.

    Some currencies eg roubles need to be ordered from the post office a day in advance, something as obscure as the ones you want may also be like that. Banks won't have them.
