Depends if you take the module in "screwing people over" in both the literal and metaphorical sense.

Umm, consider BSc Economics. Seen to be much more respected. Especially at the top unis for it e.g. Oxbridge, LSE etc.

As above, I would consider a degree in Economics instead. That said, if you're set on International Business, providing you aim for a top university, you should be fine.
