I know there has probably been millions of threads and debates on this topic but i want some opinions and first-hand advice!

Would you advise to move out and stay in halls when going to University or live at home? Whatever your answer, Why?

    Pro/Cons

    Thankyou!

    Halls:

    - Pro's: More freedom, more independence, life skills
    - Con's: Money, possibilities of jerks for neighbours

    Home:

    - Pro's: Cheap, can have creature comforts
    - Con's: Can't bring home that bird/guy at 2AM and proceed to have loud sex in the bathroom

Move out, or it will feel just like school.

i would say go for halls, i would always say halls, they are great fun, plus for a first year its best time to live in halls

    halls
pros, freedom, independence, great fun, living with random people from all over the place, so many people about, normally very close to uni, and everything you need
cons, money, you have to pay rent, living with random people if you get a few bad people, it can be loud at times

    home
pro, its home, you know what you are getting, cheap, home cooking, all that
cons, still living at home, coming back after a night a week out during the week can be a issue, distance to uni which then can add up in travel cost
