    Sleep naked
    Sleep partially clothed
    Keep a fan on
    Open the window
    Sleep with the covers off
    Have a cold shower beforehand
    Take some sleeping tablets
    Drink some horlicks
    Masturbate rigorously prior to sleep?

Do you have any ice packs? If you wrap them in a cloth and place them inside your duvet and inside your pillow case as it'll cool you down. Keep your window open all day and place ice packs/ buckets of ice around the room and it'll cool the room down.

It helps trust me I used to live in a really warm country and it helped to cool me down. good luck :hugs:

I'd like to know why one episode of insomnia warrants an 'Anon' thread?
