Just sleep with out the duvet, and wear light clothing. I dont like sleeping naked either, nor do I leave my window open and that works fine for me. Once your lying down and not 'moving much you'll start to cool down.

    Masturbate rigorously prior to sleep?
    Easiest solution.

    have a fan on
That's what I do. I can't sleep without the weight of a duvet on me but it gets too hot. I have a fan pointing at the duvet and that takes the heat away and I can stick a leg out if I need to.

    What a chillow?
A chillow is basicly a pillow that contains some kind of memory type foam and is then filled with water, it then disaptes any heat from anything touching it. Thats a really bad explanation i know but hopefully it will give u some idea what it is. The link in my previos post is the amazon product page for it which should have a much better discription.
