    Hi,

I'm currently looking at a shop for rent in Great Yarmouth.

It's a great location but i'm at a loss as to what to do with it.. It's in a row of shops (subway, burger bar, fish and chips, gift/beach shop and a coffee shop)

    ^^^ This idea looks OK?

Anyone full of ideas, or experience of doing something like this themselves?

Just hand out fivers, thats essentially what you'll be doing anyway. It'll be the talk of the town.

There's a shop very similar to that in York, and they do quite well afaik. Every time I've ever been past it's been full.

I suggest sea side sushi though :coma:

Yeah, and how much is the startup fees they require? Most franchises require at least a certain amount 'in the bank' so to speak.
