What's best for when you go down the gym? watch

    Do you train just one muscle group or can you train every muscle type everytime you go? and how often should you go to the gym?

    Well, it depends.

    If you do splits you train typically 2 muscle groups a day such as back+biceps one day then legs+abs another. For this depending on the split you typically go 2 days in a row, then a day off then 2 days in a row again.

    For full body training I go mon-wed-fri and give myself the weekend off to recover
