They rang me up yesterday to follow up an application i made a month or so ago. I was just wondering if anyone else has worked for them, or in a call centre dealing with a similar problem. Whats it like?

I'm gutted I missed out on this one. Is anyone in any of the London call centres? Are they looking for anyone else?
It sounded like my ideal job - I'm a freak and I like working in call centres.

    No I didn't

I've been searching for a link for ages and I couldn't find one and what's worse is I could have easily worked in the london one or another call centre in essex. :sigh:

Am I the only person thats a bit concerned about them just taking general members of public on for this job? You dont even need to be medically trained? They would be better off just sending out another leaflet with all the details on about what to do if you think you've got it (like ring your doc, simple)
Someone on the end of the phone thats not medically trained makes it pointless ringing in my opinion. Might as well ring the neighbour down the road /
