    There is nothing better.

Well there is, but I do like it, it makes them look a little older and more defined, depending on what kind of guy it's on.

Stubble is cool as long as there isn't too much of it, and its on the right guy.

And it needs to be real stubble. I can imagine the majority of people on TSR would consider a little bit of fluff on their chins and upper lips to be "stubble"

ew, yes there is a big difference between 'fluff' and sexy thick stubble.

My girlfriend made me shave it off because it reminded her of her father.

Not overly keen on it. It really irritates the hell out of my skin (when kissing bf etc). But i don't expect the guy to shave everyday, he normally sorts it out when going out anyway

Haha I read the title as "subtle" and was puzzling over it for ages. I guess that study about only reading first and last letters really is true....

Next time spell it properly with a double "b" to avoid confusion :p:

Edit: OMG there is no wikipedia article on subtlety. I must complain at once.

I love the look but I don't like the owwy chin/lip rash from snogging.

I think psychologically I find clean shaven more sexy because there'd be no irritation
