Haven't had a cigarette in 4 days and the day before I had none I had one.

Why do people say it's hard? I've had no cravings or desire to have any at all.

I just ran out and didn't buy any more, simple.

Will still smoke when out drinking though refflez.

How long did you smoke for?

Nicotine addition effects people differently, but it does depend on how much you smoke and for how long.

It annoys me that to be able to argue with smokers that quitting is easy I would have to get addicted first by smoking, which is bad for my health...

It isn't that hard. I quitted within a month. :sigh:

My cravings come when I'm out
