"cv trumpet" waste of money or not? watch

    • Thread Starter

It is illegal for a recruitment agency (CV trumpeters) to charge job-seekers for that service. They can make their money by charging employers for access to CVs that they'll let job-seekers upload for free, though.

    e.g. Milkround.com, reed.co.uk &c.

CV trumpet_money making machine BUT not for you
CV trumpet is a BIG scam!!!!!!!!!
I have tried them AND I can confirm that CV trumpet is a big money creating SCAM!
I payed around 40Pound and did not get any response from a recruiting company!!

Where was my CV then send to?
I usually get contacted by job agents - so my CV can't be that bad AND I asked them for my money back.

The reaction was an automatic response of the sort "that they would take care of it"- it is now more than 1 month ago and I haven't heard from them since that date!

Beware and don't be as blind and silly as I acted by signing up for their not existing service!
