Now, the rain may be an excuse. but I've had the odd letter come through the door opened partially at least, near fully most often, appearing wet somewhat.

Should I be suspicious? why wouldn't the postie be able to stop them getting wet? Each time he's mumbled some excuse about it being wet.

I don't think it's him but recently I've had some possible stalkerish incidents. Am I being paranoid or does this happen often?
Do you have this happen to you often, feedback appreciated
I'm concerned and it's linked to a mental health issue.

It could be someone rifling through the post, as some posties do try and get lucky.
I'd keep an eye on it and perhaps take photos of some of the post coming through the letterbox if its particularly bad.
If it continues you can always ring Royal Mail and explain what is going on and they will probably investigate.

It's probably post office thieves. I once ordered a DVD through Amazon. I got an empty, opened envelope ffs.

could you not ask for your letters to be sent to another family members home for a while and see if the incidents stop? if they do then you could assume that maybe he did have something to do with it and report it.
also isnt it a crime to open other peoples mail? so im sure you could still report the fact that your letters are arriving basically opened, and also in a bad condition. if they are in a post bag then how could they get wet?
i wouldnt worry but theres no harm in phoning royal mail and just saying that your mail is arriving in a abad condition and partially opened
    i hope it gets sorted!

It's happened at differening addresses. Has this not happened to anyone else? Apparently it happens when they have to open the bag or something
