    Meh, it's half true. Originally religion set out to explain the unknown with the unknown, but as philosophy and science uncovered more 'unknowns', religion lost a lot of them.

    So religion is now composed of explanations of the unknown with the unknown, and explanations of the known with the unknown. Not that either of them are in any way credible.
