OK so im getting really annoyed with this process, i sent my mums p60 and did her details online and sent a form saying my dads not in work but they said they want his p60 and his details and said its easier to do it by hand, hense this form. so my dad got up to section 3 question b
    which is
Child dependants in further or higher education in academic year 2009/10
If the student is your partner, please include any children named in the Application for Student finanace form if they have applied for student finance.

When my mums filled this in online, it automatically added me to this list.
Am i supposed to be listed?
