My friend has just texted me asking if I fancy going out tonight and I really don't.
I've eaten soo much junk food today that I look about 3 months gone, plus I would have to spend hours doing my hair and makeup and I just can't be arsed.
It would be quite simple to get out of normally, but I spoke to her half and hour ago saying I was 'fine' so I can't say I'm feeling ill, and that I wasn't up to much today.

    Any suggestions?

Say you can't be bothered unless she's the type of friend who gets annoyed if you don't go out with her?

You have an early morning tomorrow, so you want to stay in tonight and get some rest, because you're feeling quite tired. Make up whatever reason for the early morning - doctors appointment would work. At my doctors, if you want an appointment on some days, you have to call up at 8 in the morning to book one. Say thats the reason, or whatever else works.

Tell her your legs are hurting from the long walk (or something else) that you had yesterday and that you would like to rest.

    Your hot.
