My chiropractor has told me I have to start Pilates: physically, I'm extremely weak and I have very poor balance. I was going to do a yoga class as well as I enjoy the basics and want to go a bit more advanced.

I was wondering if they're enough to keep fit, or should I do a session or two of cardio as well? And if so, what can you recommend?

There are some intensive workouts there, especially for Pilates. Check some videos on Youtube.

I like this: 'Weight Loss Yoga'

But I personally enjoy Yoga more. Pilates just seems more aggressive.
