i have decided to go on this moon "diet" starting tomorrow morning?
has anyone been on it? does it have a yo-yo effect?(i know it's only a detox diet, not a fat-loss one)

Can you drink coffee during the 24 hours or not?

Thank you

Detoxing is a waste of time and has no advantages to it in the slightest. Dont bother

What is it? Do you only eat at night time or is it just a cheese only diet?

Just googled it. So you have to start it tomorrow at 6:29am? Until that time 24 hours later?
Might give it a shot!

you only eat when there is a full moon :moon: kind of like ramadan, but is 30x worse and has a far bigger toll on the body

No, you do it at every moon phase at a certain time (look up on Internet for the moon phase calendar). You do not eat anything solid for 24 hours, just liquids, but things like milk and protein shakes are forbidden.

This is the first time i will try to do it. Apparently you lose up to 6lbs just by losing excess water from your body....

hope this helps

As coffee is a toxin (I think?) I'd say it'd be a no. Though you've probably come to that conclusion by now anyway!

This is hilarious - why don't you just go for a run or eat properly instead if you want to be healthy?

Detoxes don't work

Yes, there is absolutely no science in detoxing. It actually increases the amount of toxins in your body by not eating properly. Dont waste your time/money/effort on it. THEY ARE ALL USELESS REGARDLESS OF WHAT A MAGAZINE TELLS YOU

Detoxing is a waste of time. It's a myth. What are these mystery poisons and toxins in your body that your body itself can't manage to get rid of? What do you think your liver's for?

BBC never lies.

EDIT: Diet sounds ridiculous too.

Oh god, i just read this. Why the **** do you think your body has that liquid in it? You get rid of it and your just dehydrating yourself. Though this is the sort of useless faddy crap that people (typically girls, im sorry to say it but its true) get hooked into and actually think does anything
