i have decided to go on this moon "diet" starting tomorrow morning? has anyone been on it? does it have a yo-yo effect?(i know it's only a detox diet, not a fat-loss one)

No, you do it at every moon phase at a certain time (look up on Internet for the moon phase calendar). You do not eat anything solid for 24 hours, just liquids, but things like milk and protein shakes are forbidden.
This is the first time i will try to do it. Apparently you lose up to 6lbs just by losing excess water from your body....
hahaha If that's what you call water and freshly squeezed fruit and veg juice. It says on google that of you get hungry you should have a glass of veg juice but I will have a go!!!
