at intermediate 2 level only the book name and authour would be apreciated

have you looked through this sticky thread? I know its Higher but the book really doesn't make any difference. It should be a book you enjoy and want to write about. The result comes from your standard of essay.

What type of books are you into? Have you read anything recently that you have really enjoyed?

I've mentioned it on a few threads but i'll mention again - I did two poems and compared them. I found this really easy to do, it was half the work of doing a book and I passed. If you don't enjoy reading (although I do...) I would recommend a poem or two.And the author really doesn't matter.

If your thinking about a poem, as Heva recommended, try The Horses. You can write about the different themes, and it has plenty of good biblical registers to comment on. And a lot of poetic technique, like antithesis and enjambment. But, I don't know any other poems with a post-apolytic theme, so you may have to do a little searching

Check out Animal Farm by George Orwell. It was the book I chose and there was a ton to write about. It's easy, short and interesting so you should be able to do well if you pick it.
