I have the version were it's split across two disks. Going to watch the second one tomorrow as I have to be up early...so my Dad's new computer can be delivered :grumble:
Ahh, the very extended version then. I bought the box set last week, but they're only the two disk versions with the film disks and bonus disks.. meh. I've only ever seen them once each anyway, and that was when they were in the cinemas! I might watch Fellowship tomorrow though.

    Hey L :hugs:

And the LoTR films hold a special place for me. As well as being good films, I went to the cinema with my Nan to see the first two, and watched number three at home with her. One day shortly after FoTR was released she just asked if I wanted to watch it...when I'd first heard of it I thought it was nerdy, but was slowly turning to go see it.

Back then I didn't think she'd die only 3-4 years later.

everyone seems to, though back when the films came out it was all about Legolas. Though I much prefer Aragorn, he's not as drippy as Legolas.

So, has anyone heard about Japan's new First Lady? Thought this would be of interest. :giggle:
