A nice load of really old anime movies have been added to A-P, and when I say old I'm talking 1920-30s here. I wonder how easy they are to get hold of, as I'd love to watch at least one anime from so far back.

I just started Pandora Hearts  Too early to tell if it's good or not.

Hey after reading the "anime clubs" thing on ANN I was wondering- what would you say are the various stereotypes found at anime societies? AJ you should be good at this having been part of one (and in a committee role!) :p:

Now obviously there's both the very quiet and doesn't shut up nerd. But also the cosplayer and "artist"..and...and Narutards. So what stereotypes? (Lighthearted of course)

The oldest 'anime' series I've seen was from the 1940s. Other than that, it's 70s and above for me.

Two. I like the dark style but there had better be a reason for the farfetched events...

On another note, some people seriously need to die

Well, maybe the style back then would reveal something...

I am interested but then again I am a massive history nut :beard:

Hey I'm the new Secretary of Aber Anime! :p:

I don't know if these are all stereotypes but we had:
A guy that didn't like anime that was based outside of Japan saying "It's not Japanese enough"
A guy who laughed really loudly so loud that it was at cringe levels...
Of course the now retired President with his 80's and Gundam fixation :p:
Fangirls... two of them (me and one other... who was quite obnoxious and spoke through things she didn't like )
    ... there's probably more.
