im currently average height and 13 stone, i start back at school in 7 weeks and i want to be 10 stone by them, will this plan work ????
wk 1 and 2 - heart surgery diet, gym for 1 hr every day, swimming two or three times a week, wii fit
wk 3 - holiday in spain, healthy diet, lots of swimming and walking
wk 4 and 5 - slimfast diet, lots of exercise
wk 6 and 7 - heart surgery diet lots of exercise
Back to school - 1 hr gym before school every day, healthy breakfast, slimfast bar for lunch, walk home, healthy dinner, wii fit and swimming
general
lots of water
sugar free jelly
rice cakes
more walking
Any more ideas ??
