Can i lose 3 stone in 7 weeks ??? watch

    im currently average height and 13 stone, i start back at school in 7 weeks and i want to be 10 stone by them, will this plan work ????

    wk 1 and 2 - heart surgery diet, gym for 1 hr every day, swimming two or three times a week, wii fit
    wk 3 - holiday in spain, healthy diet, lots of swimming and walking
    wk 4 and 5 - slimfast diet, lots of exercise
    wk 6 and 7 - heart surgery diet lots of exercise


    Back to school - 1 hr gym before school every day, healthy breakfast, slimfast bar for lunch, walk home, healthy dinner, wii fit and swimming

    general

    lots of water
    sugar free jelly
    rice cakes
    more walking
    Any more ideas ??

    Can you just not eat as much crap and go to the gym like a normal person? No one goes 7 days a week.

    Cut calories to 500 below bmr and run.
    And I think 3 stone is too much in 7 weeks.

    The secret is raw chicken.

    Leave it out of the fridge for a few hours, then rub the raw chicken around a salad. Then you can cook the chicken and mix it with the salad before. It tastes and smells just like a normal chicken salad but it has an incredible and rapid effect on weight loss.

    It will also make you scoff at anybody who tells you they're bedridden with "swine flu".

    Your BMR isn't your daily calorie needs (unless you're in a coma), you have to factor in calorie needs from daily activities too.

    You''ll never go to the gym every day, I'm 9 and a half stone and can't stand to go every day for an hour, start on twice/three times a week if you're moving up from nothing. Or it'll be too much on your muscles. Stay away from slimfast, you'll never keep it off.

    That doesn't sound healthy...You'll put it on as quickly as you lost it..If you want long term weight loss then you need time..Aim to lose 2 pounds a week...

    I do seem to remember something about a guy being arresed for pulling a cows leg off with a tractor around here when drunk. Think about it, whole leg, straight off the cow->breifly over a fire. Bang, instant muscle man food for a few hours. And you get 4 legs per cow!

    You might be able to lose 6 lbs in a week if you're severely overweight but you can't keep that up for 7 weeks - it's unhealthy.
