TO THE HILLS EVERYONE!

Its either of three things
2- Amazon verifying your account and not a scam!
3- Its a scam and everyone is in on it! Including everyone here on TSR

NOOOOO they deleted all my posts. Even the first few, very rather helpful posts??
Anyways, for those who know the true meaning of this thread - please, remember the THRUTH (Sniff)
Stay strong rover, for you got scammed
EDIT: As I was actually helping for about 4 posts, I figured ill re-write my helpful ones.
Its not a scam, dont worry. They are confirming the last 4 digits of your account number, they are not asking for the whole thing. The last 4 digits are not *s out in most amazon accounts, and so are therefore dispensible.
Your shipment, however, is delayed so don't be expecting the TV to come anytime soon (and worrying because of this).

scam, and i could in theory send an email from any email address, it dosent even have to exist.

Sounds like a scam to me. I've ordered from Amazon loads of times and never had emails like this. And yeah, they would never ask you for details like that. You need to go back to the website and find someone to call

Thread closed as the OP's question has been answered and this is getting rather spammy now.
