    -Plain yogurt with frozen blueberries (i have it practically every morning. except for today we ran out of yogurt boohoo...)
    -different types of lettuce (i always make a green salad to go with my lunch and dinner)
    -water
    -espresso (mmmm...have it each and every morning, couldn't live without it)
    -low-fat greek yogurt (its a delicious and filling snack when you eat it mixed with a chopped up apple)
    -avocados :love:
    -eggs
    -cashews, walnuts and almonds
    -broccoli (yum!)
    -spinach
    -chicken
    -meat
    -lentils
    -beans
    -cottage cheese
    -fruit

    Ok i obviously don't have all of the above daily, but they're my basics.

    I don't have any staples actually.

    The closest that it would go for me is chilli sauce (chilli sauce :coma:).
