Vicious circle - university, accomodation, finances watch

Due to several personal issues, some of which I extensively wrote about in H&R towards the end of 2008, and health problems, which drastically affected my performance at university, I'm way behind with my exams and might be able to graduate with one year delay.

This means I have to pay extra tuition fees and find new accomodation (pay for that as well). I thought of trying to do that by finding a job and paying the stuff myself, but I'm very inflexible in that sense (mainly due to my health issues).

My parents won't finance anything for me anymore as they are poor and expected me to graduate in time.

    What could I do now?

BTW I am studying at a private university outside the UK. It gives scholarships according to merit... but since my performance fell I didn't get one last year, and they don't give it for repeat years.
