I'm trying to decide what to do at university for entry 2010 and i am completly split between geography and history. Could anybody who is going to take either of these at degree level or is already at university studying geography or history tell me what it is like?

Also are there any recommendations for further reading in either subject?

    Thank you!

It would probably be better if you posted this in the "General University Discussion" as you'd get more replies.
It depends totally on your grades, which subject you prefer and of course what universities you want to go to and what they offer.

Maybe consider a joint Geography/History degree if you can't choose?

I have no idea about either of these subjects. But I think you should choose which one you most enjoy
