Well it's mst likely to be Machine Head. Will be very suprised if it isn't. But even then the slot is high up so it's bound to be good
I hope it is Machine Head as then the people who bought tickets get a big band back.

But I would like it to be Lostprophets. (even though not many others would)

Could be Jane's Addiction though, due to the NIN|JA tour.

Lostprophets are at Reading & Leeds though and Soni and Reading & Leeds don't get on and fight over the smallest of bands. I'm not sure about Janes Addiction but I got told they're busy over the Sonisphere weekend. Who knows

Jane's Addiction can't do it, Machine Head are likely in my opinion, but it may even be something completely out of the blue
And, yeah, Reading and Leeds are sort of keeping 'their bands' on a short leash

If it's someone good I'm buying a day ticket. Need one more band to justify buying one, seeming as it's AIC without Stayley.
William DuVall seems to be a fantastic replacement though

He's a good singer, and I like how he sings 'Dam That River' but it's like replacing Kurt Cobain with someone else, just doesn't 'work'.

Think Feeder might do a bit of their old stuff from Polythene :yep:

By the way, anyone who plans on buying tickets and plans on using my fmc code to get into the friday night party then you have to use it before Wednesday of this week and after this the fmc codes will not be counted.

I'm so pumped for Sonisphere. Got a weekend camping ticket with my girlfriend, and I've never been to a proper festival before, so super excited! Going to be lots of drinking and lots of moshing methinks.

And the fact that I get to see NiN's last gig (or at least one of their last) is ****ing awesome, as they're one of my favourite bands.

I really think Sonisphere has the best lineup by far of all of the festivals this Summer. V is middle class and middle minded as usual (shame as I live a 5 minute drive from Central Park in Chelmsford), but admittedly most of the others are pretty good.

I hope it delivers the goods. Any idea what day the schedule will get released? I'm presuming it'll be really close to the time - i.e. Friday or Saturday morning?

My favourite band ever! Can't wait, and yet can because that takes us closer to the end of Nine Inch Nails

depends how hardcore you are I'm just taking boots. Apparently there is a chance it will rain but its only supposed to be light rain. Really up to yourself

I'd rather take some spare clothes rather than spend £15 on Wellies. Cheapskate student, heh.
