Feeling sick

I have woken up this morning feeling really sick and I don't know why.

I haven't been drinking, I don't think I've eaten anything funny, but I feel awful.

I feel like something is twisting inside of me (it's the only way I can describe it sorry) I have felt constantly thirsty today (although I've not eaten) and I haven't actually been sick, I just feel it.

I really can't face eating anything, but I'm not sure what else can cure it.

Any advice?

Thanks x

I get like that sometimes. It's awful. I just try to eat whatever I fancy, which can be hard. :\

I think I do need to eat something, it's just what. I might make some toast or something. But for once I really don't want to eat anything.

Is it worse feeling sick rather than actually being sick?

Feeling sick.

Actually being sick doesn't really last long, and when your being sick your just sick, you don't think about how horrible it is.

Then you feel better.

You may have eaten something your stomach disagreed with yesterday?

Aw, *hugs*

Try eating something, maybe it will make you sick, but once you've been sick you'll probably feel much better

I think I agree with you there, even though I hate being sick.

I really dunno what could have disagreed with me though. I will ask my mum later to see if she feels ill, as we ate the same meal last night so maybe it was that.

I have no idea :\

I'd have said just to have something bland, but eating something you DON'T WANT is just horrid. I usually crave cheeseburgers when I'm ill.

I'm not really craving anything. I gave up chocolate 7 weeks ago so I don't crave that anymore. I think plenty of water and something small to eat perhaps.

I hope it passes, it's my last day of college tomorrow and I don't want to miss that.

I really have no idea. I just looked in the mirror one day and decided I couldn't carry on the way I was doing, so I gave up chocolate.

Actually technically I lie as I have had chocolate ice cream a couple of times, and chocolate mousse, but I haven't actually eaten a bar of chocolate for almost 2 months. 5th April was when I started. Go me.

It has done me the world of good though. For a start it's something I'm doing for myself and something for me to be proud of. I've lost about 9lbs too without really trying. I look better for it, and I want to lose more weight, but this is a good start for me.

The cravings were difficult at first, but they soon pass. I still crave it sometimes, but I tend to ignore and think 'Do I really need this?'

On a lighter note, I have now eaten something and am feeling a lot better for it. Well we will see shortly if it has made me better or not...

Try drinking peppermint tea. It usually works for me when I feel sick, or my stomach hurts. Hope you feel better soon

I will keep that in mind, thanks. But I seem to be okay now after eating something. Although I don't want to tempt fate...

Hey, I'm feeling quite sick today, and I'm not usually like that.
I had a biology mock exam, and completely screwed it up, although I knew most of the answers.

I just think its something to do with today, maybe the weather, the atmosphere, the air pressure, humidity... damn I'm going into a biological mood

No believe me its nothing to do with what u may have ate, its just the weather.

I feel exactly the way you do, just have a rest.

I tend to feel sick sometimes, this has just been a bad bout. I'm sure you won't have screwed it up, and it's a mock, you still have time to sort out any worries you have before the real thing.

Hehe well you know more biology than me!

The weather eh? I will keep that in mind.

Hope you feel better soon x

Yeah I suppose that could explain it. I mean I do have my exams soon and I'm worried about them, but I also think it may be too many late nights too.

OK, is it just nausea (feel sick) or have you actually wretched/vomited at all?
Are you in pain? If so is the pain constant, or does it come and go in sort of ebs and waves?

I've not been sick, it's just nausea and everything else is normal.

But just below my ribs every so often I get a feeling as if something is twisting inside me. It's pretty uncomfortable.

I woke up with a horrible taste in my mouth and at one point I thought I was going to throw up, but I haven't.

I haven't taken anything for it, and I hoped it would stop, but it keeps coming back. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it is particularly bad today.

*Bump*

Well the sickness has kinda stopped now, but I'm still off my food. I've lost weight recently so I dunno if that has anything to do with it.

I am putting it down to stress and nerves though I think.

did you see a doctor? because being off your food and dropping weight isn't generally normal.

Nah I haven't seen a doctor. I have been intending to lose weight and have lost a stone in 2 months just from cutting out junk food. Although I've lost more over the past few weeks, but I think that has been cos I've been off my food. If I'm still like this after my exams I will go and see a doctor.
