Well, I've bought the bar now and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for exercises to make sure that I exercise the most muscle groups that I can. I'm already aware of chin-ups, pull-ups and one-arm pull-ups and hanging, etc, but anything else?

Hanging leg raises-Abs
1 arm pullups take alot of strength and training to be able to do properly (I mean from full extention up to being fully pulled in) so dont expect them for a while
Alternatively if you cant pull up into pike with the leg raise then pull your legs up to 90 degrees with your knees bent then lean back and push your legs out then down in pike.
There isnt much else to do really. Oh, off set pullups I guess.
