Drink lots of water and exfoliate every day.
Or go to the GP tomorrow and maybe get a cream or something for it?

Use tea tree oil on them twice a day. The one which you can directly apply. You can get it from the body shop or superdrug (cheaper). I don't know if that will get rid of them completely in 4 days though but it should lessen them a lot.

    Are you being serious?

I think GPs at the moment have better things to worry about than a couple of spots!!

Tea Tree Oil or Witch hazel will dry out and clear up the skin nicely!

ok the ultimate thing to clear a complexion up really quick is to get an aspirin, crush it up and mix it with water. Then once it's completely dissolved put on your face then leave it there over night. It is the best thing you can do and it will GUARANTEE to improve your complexion over night.

er of course they do! But if the OP wants to sort their skin problems out asap, then maybe it's a good idea.

use something which has benzoyl peroxide in it which works really well on spots and your t zone, after a couple of days your skin might become quite dry, so i suggest using a moisturizer after using the quinoderm or whatever you used..
