Why is the mindset to reward people to not behave badly rather than rewarding those who excel?

It's one of the few things I go off on about "politically correct woolley liberals who give commendations to school bullies for not bullying somone!"

Yes, I'm sure lack of food is why people are skipping school. What a silly idea.

Ask yourself, why curry? why not fish and chips? or haggis? or dahl?

Lets fight truancy by making them fat. Good idea.

Edit: Just realised it's a school in my area...well then I'm not surprised

    This.

In my school (for years 10-11 and sixth form), those who were "less able" got free motorcycle lessons and trips, whilst those of us who got our heads down and studied, and who were gifted got jack ****.

It's like the school was trying to encourage us all to be retarded.

It is a good idea! The fatter they are, the slower they run, so we can catch their gelatinous backsides and plonk it back on a reinforced chair where it belongs!
