used to take the works as it was more of a health centre, so did the jacuzzis after etc.

Now its a 10 minute walk and I dont even have a membership card. I give Rich my money and he remembers my face for the month. It works for me!

I got my wrist support at Sports Direct (I only use it because my wrists pop out of the joints with heavy lifting), and I got my hand grips in a reebok pack from amazon (they aren't as stuffy as gloves, but have more grip - they're pretty awesome)

I don't really use the other stuff that much, except the gloves - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Reebok-Fitne...530804&sr=8-11
