I'm 17 and I've had my period since I was 12. Although I do suffer from severe mood swings and breakouts during the pre-menstural phase, I have never had any cramp or pain before, after or during my period ever. Is this normal and healthy? Or could something be wrong?

My periods last between 3-5 days, start off quite heavy and gradually taper off so nothing strikes me as unusual there. Are there any other girls who don't get period pains?

Not everyone suffers from period pain. Some do and some don't.

Count yourself lucky as they can be the worse feeling in the world if you suffer from bad ones.

Not everyone suffers, and I'm sure plenty of studies have been done insisting that people who exercise more, eat more fresh stuff and smoke and drink less are statistically less likely to suffer - maybe you're just abnormally healthy :p:

    You're just lucky probably.

Honestly, don't worry about it, just be grateful!
