Do I need to gain weight ? ( Pics ) Watch

    Honestly i think you look just fine. If you want to change i'd suggest doing some form of exercise though (in addition to eating more), otherwise you risk just becoming chubby which probs isn't what you're going for, right? But as i said already i don't think you look skinny at all, trust me.

    I'm 6ft 1 and I weigh 57KG. That's skinny(well slim because I do exercise as my avatar shows), you are not skinny by any stretch of the imagination. The only difference being that I'm 16 (growth spurt and that) and I do an extreme amount of exercise.

    It depends what you mean by 'need', naturally. You're at a weight which is perfectly healthy for your height and you don't appear to have an unhealthily low or high amount of fat so in terms of your health you don't need to gain anything. If you want to be competetive in any sport which requires strength or get attention when you're topless, then yes, you need to gain weight.

    6'1 and 57KG ?. That's unhealthy. I don't exersize no more , as soon as I exersize I lose loads of wegiht. So I figured if I eat normally and don't do exersize I'll stay as I am now.

    Just do press-ups and pull-ups and eat well till you're like 18 or something. Then join the gym, when you're 15/16 you're still growing and need energy for that. When you're like 18/19 you stop growing taller and can fill out really quick.

    Just do press-ups and pulls ups to keep in shape. Don't bother with bicep curls, big arms on small body look ridiculous.
