Hi, I am a mature student and quite nervous about the interview on wednesday. It's an access course in interior design. I don't need to show any portfolio, just draw a furniture and the interview. Is it difficult to get into this course or they pretty much accept anyone. I've got previous qualifications in product design and interior as well, but has been ages since I last study! Please give me any tips! Tks

I've requested for your thread to be moved to the appropriate LCC/UAL forum. In the mean time, it's largely dependent on the access course concerned, the competitiveness and intake will vary. If you have any further enquiries, do not hesitate to contact me by PM.

Knowledge and interest are far more important than technical skill. Make sure you swat up on your favourite artists/designers and what interests you about interior design.

However, as Matisse said, it largely depends how competitive the course is.
