    Keep anon or delete, thanks.

Okay, so ages ago I found this lump on one of my testicles, but it was when I was about 16 and thought nothing of it... as testicular cancer normally affects men in the age bracket of 20-39...

Now at the age of 18, I'm worried that it might be something... however to my knowledge it's never got any bigger. Only recently, have I started to have achy testicles after masturbating... do other guys get this after masturbating?

I'm going through some family stuff and have been putting off going to the doctors, and now I'm scared to go.... because with what's going on I don't think I could deal with another problem

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

Is the lump definitely on a testicle or is it free in the scrotum?
Also check your other testicle for a lump in the same place. It could be your epididymis.

It's most likely a cyst, i've got 2. They're nothing to worry about, unless it gets any bigger or starts to hurt. Mine do get a bit achey from time to time, but not all the time - if I were you, i'd go and see a doctor and just say that you've had it for ages, and it aches after masturbating.

    Dude, see a doctor, seriously....

I had the EXACT same problem when I was your age - put it off for the same amount of time as well. I went to the doctors, got my scan, was ******** myself, and it turned out just to be varicose veins - which are almost as harmless as cysts.

It could be a million things, but if it IS cancer, then the longer you leave it the worse it gets.

See a doctor and get it off your mind! Chances are its nothing anyway.

Go and see a doctor, if it's something you really need to find out and be treated, and if it's nothing you'll feel so much better for knowing and your doctor won't mind at all

Why the hell are you even asking? You don't piss around with lumps, espicially when they are in an area as important as that...
