Hmmm. I'm sensing there are still some vestiges of doubt that we're doing our very best on your behalf, and that we do it as quickly as we can. I will repeat once more - 160,000 students, av 5 exams each, lots of envelopes to frank.

I think most people realise that the SQA are working hard, but people need an organisation to blame all their insecurities and inconveniences on :p:

MySQA is now closed. The site will reopen on 10th August.

I will still be on TSR in case anyone needs me. Good luck everyone!

"SQA - When you can't blame Gordon Brown, blame us!"

    A poem by rona

    Shall we pass it
    Shall we not
This students given all theyve got

    A B C or D
    Soon enough they shall see
that all though it seems hard at the time
    Overall, they will be fine

Exams, they make you sweat and shake
But they show you all that you can make
    Of that intelligence you have
Being smart you will look sauve
    don't worry about the SQA
You will get a job with lots of pay
And even if you do fail
    Try again you will prevail!

There are so many people to blame, I would like to think we're pretty far down the pecking order. Phew.

Or the government in general. Or bankers. Or Mugabe. Or Hitler.

I think it's from The Fly. I like to think of us more in terms of pretty butterflies, but there you go.

I think of the SQA more in terms of the butterfly effect when one small change in a grade printed on the certificate can have fairly large consequences on your life, but maybe I'm just a pessimist.

Of course that one small change could have a hugely POSITIVE effect, so maybe you're just being an optimist.

SAM, is it possible to edit our phone numbers on our MySQA profile? I might be getting a new phone soon...
