hi, I'm meeting a friend tomorrow and I want to visit the Cambridge college I want to apply to as well. I want to travel to Cambridge tonight as the meeting is early tomorrow.

Where can I spend a night in Cambridge for a reasonable rate, and at short notice?

    Thank you. :woo:

There's also a 'Cambridge Youth Hostel' on Tennison road, which should come up on google. Apparently its not amazing but its still the cheapest route.

there's a hotel on the right as you step out the train station. about 40-70 per night incl breakfast depending on number of people. it's ok.

    probably cheapest hotel in cambridge.

but also try lastminute.com, i got a crowne plaza opposite the downing site for £50.
