Let's say the price of fine wine or of their child's private education falls, meaning more disposable income, does the lefty consider topping up their tax bill?

What do you mean topping up the tax bill?

Surely if they have the money to send their child to private school, their paying the top band of tax anyway?

plus they will be paying a load of tax and for what, non gets used on them really.

They would have private health care maybe, kids at private school. So non of the tax they pay is not spent on them, why would they give more.......to help fund the war in Iraq?
