You should probably go to see the dentist about those teeth.

Please, I feel like I'm going through hell and my teeth hurt like hell.

How can I make it stop?

P.S. I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight, what the hell can I do?
Personally I'm gonna settle down with some wine and watch movies, all to make myself tired. Then I'll hopefully sleep like a log. (What I'm trying to avoid is waking at like 4am and being helpless, panicking etc)

P.S. Achy teeth aren't a common symptom of stress; might wanna visit your dentist

go out for a run or bike ride or something now to make yourself tired, and then maybe you'll sleep? And if you dont sleep, then get some good movies to watch and hopefully distract you. Then get up early for a nice walk to the shop for the Independent, and check track if you want.

Thats my plan anyway (but I'm determined that i wont be checking track)

I don't think there is an exact time. But it can't be half nine- my school says we can arrive at 9. (tbh I think if I get there at half past 8 ill get them not long after)
