I recently asked this girl out for a drink, she said yes, but she wants to go to this bar far out of town which is going to be hard for me to get to. I would much rather go somewhere closer to where I live, but it will be harder for her to get to.

Shall I ask to go to a nearby place to me then?

Be nice and go to where she wants. She will feel as if you care for her and take her feelings into account, perhaps leading on to bigger and better things for you :p:

cant you both comprimise and meet somewhere roughly in the middle. Also, who ever has the best access to transport should be more willing to make an effort to travel slightly further.

Don't go to any trouble for her unless you want to be seen as a pushover. Don't be a jerk about it but insist you go somewhere closer to you.
