I think I've lost my passport...what now? watch

    To cut a long story short I'm fairly sure that down to pure absentmindedness and horrible bad luck, my passport is stewing in a rubbish dump somewhere.

    Obviously I need a new one, what kind of process does this involve? Is it similar to just renewing it?
