I don't think it is. People have ther wants in a partner.

    Edit:

It is a bit funky if one of the reasons you didn't want a relationship was becasue you were worried about what other people would think.

A little bit but I think you're only looking out for yourself!

I wouldn't dare to get with a 'nerdy' looking guy when I was younger because I did once when I was about 12 and got bullied (even though the only thing wrong with him was his hair cut wasn't stylish and he had a few puberty spots - whereas other guys hadn't hit puberty yet  ) Then he turned out to be a fit, intelligent, hilarious and caring young man and EVERYBODY wanted him. Weirdly, he forgave everyone who bullied him, just shrugged it off bless him. Grr, I've learnt to do whatever the hell I like and not be pushed around by other people.

From a nerd to a muscle man? Not sure I believe this...

But yeah, harsh as it sounds, you were shallow
Baby-boy, it's the other way around .. From bad-ass (Tyler Durden) to a nerd (Jimmy Neutron/you.) :sigh:

And yes OP, it is shallow, but we've all got comparisons/criteria.

I assume most of the "nerds :coma:" comments aren't to do with the really socially inept, science nerds? More the stylish, untrue nerds?

It's what people say when opinions on TSR don't match up with the real world.

A bit like TSR has much higher average GCSE/A Level grades than the population as a whole.

If you get what I mean
