    Maybe, I think what he's saying is that if the 3 A levels is the entry requirement, then having a fourth would just be a bonus. If two people applied and one had CCCC and the other had AAA then they would probably favour the person with AAA. The fourth A level wouldn't automatically put you higher is what I'm trying to say.

    This. But more along the lines of...your better off doing 3 and doing 3 well than doing 4 and ******* one up. your 4th A Level if anything should be free period!

    I did 4 A levels and worked 25 hours a week, so if i can do it anyone can! (i didn't have a great deal of spare time!)
    however it has not put me at any greater advantage to anyone that has done 3 A-levels and 1 As (it got me out of doing general studies though )
