    But I would because you need a good GCSE Maths grade for Chem and Bio for science subjects at uni...

    So the exam of biology and chemistry at AS level are not on the day GCSE maths + English?? And how hard is it to get a GCSE B in maths

    Even if they are on the same day, it doesn't matter. You'll just spend most of the day in isolation from everyone who has sat the exam you don't do at the 'correct' time already. And it depends on how much effort you put in as to how hard it is.

    GCSE Maths and English almost certainly won't be on the same day, as most GCSE students will be sitting them, so it wouldn't make sense to have such a large clash. As for Biology and Chemistry, it depends on the exam board, so your best bet is to check here Having them on the same day wouldn't be too disastrous though; at worst you'd be kept in isolation/would have a considerable number of exam hours in one day.

    OP what did you get in GCSE maths the first time?
    If you struggle with maths then you might find Chemistry (even at AS) quite challenging.
