I have an implant, the Illuminati put it in my spine so they could track me and beam control signals into me with their space ray... wait, we're not talking about that kind of implant, right?

The anaesthetic felt just like a wasp sting, but that went away after about 8 seconds. It is totally worth it for all the hassle it saves you. Unless, like me, you have been on your period for 3 weeks, in which case that causes much more hassle than it is worth.
Especially in a 3 hour long exam.
