I'm going to Poland in august, and I have a Natwest Adapt account. This means I have a solo/maestro card. (natwest say it is a solo card @ home but can be used abroad as a maestro card).

Will I be charged for using this debit card abroad? also, what polish banks have the least, if any, charges for withdrawing polish zloty from a UK account.

Basically, which way is cheapest for getting money abroad on a maestro card, should I need/want to.

Yes Natwest will charge you a fee, check their website for the exact amount. Local banks won't charge you any fee for the most part. If an ATM is going to charge you any fee you will be warned and asked if you would like to continue. If this happens, use a different ATM.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
