I say do nothing. Because everytime someone offers something you find excuses. Either you think its serious enough to pay for a taxi which will hurt financially but if you're worried its worth it, or you want someone to invent a solution that involves no effort on your part?

    Unfortunately not...
It is true - my brother broke his hand and couldnt drive to uni so they picked him up later on. They just will put you on an hour or an hour and a half pick up rather than lights and all.

It's not really that I'm not worried, but I want my parents to tell me what I can do and give me a lift but they are unreachable and that.
    That's the magical solution.

And also I just really hate wasting people's time

AMPDS will tag it as an amber - 14 30 minutes with no blues unless it's in a public place (when they'll do it on blues so it looks like they're in a rush).

    EDIT - to correct timings

lol i can imagine you being one of those poor little old dears in hospital not wanting to bother the nurses when you need the loo..!!!!

Just go, you're not wasting anyones time, if its serious you'll waste more time, resources and money that way, the Nurse a NHS direct told you to seek medical help and tbh i'd do just that if i were you..you're not wasting anyones time at all
