Bank HCA
Ive just accepted a job on the nurse bank as a HCA, training is in 4 weeks and last for 3 weeks. What can i expect at this training.

I'd ask the trust as I've never had that long of training but the basics will be CPR, moving and handling of patients, taking and recording patient observations, basics like the hospital's standards on bed making and washing, infection control, wound prevention... Basically everything they want you to know. Probably will include some observed shifts too where you're not part of the shifts numbers...
